Job Description:

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience Level: More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects, including at least two (2) years in a leadership role as a Developer.
• Microsoft Visual Studio Expertise: 84 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop and maintain applications in C# and/or ASP.NET for n-tier web deployment.
• Web Development Skills: 84 months of experience developing and maintaining web applications utilizing HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).

Desirable Qualifications

• Oracle Database Expertise: 84 months of experience with Oracle, including database design, PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, and table creation.
• Business Requirements Analysis: 84 months of experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and implementing logic within application code to meet those requirements.
• Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA): 84 months of experience with SOA application integration, including development of secure .NET web services using WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or Enterprise Service Bus, along with experience designing and implementing microservices.
• MVC Development: 48 months of experience developing applications using MVC 5 or later versions.
• CI/CD Workflows: 24 months of experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
• Health and Human Services Experience: 24 months of experience in health and human services, particularly with Integrated Eligibility System programs such as Public Assistance (PA), Temporary Assistance (TA), SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, and Child Support.
