How to get the scrollbar work within the select2 only?

When you scroll down to the last option it continues to scrolls down the page. Why is that?

I can't reproduce this issue on any pages that I use Select2, as well as in the documentation, but I am seeing the same issue as you in the fiddle.

This appears to be because of the jquery.mousewheel plugin, which is used by Select2 to kill the scroll events in these cases:
