Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Integration Design and Implementation: Design and implement real-time and batch integrations between PeopleSoft, Workday, and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• iPaaS Platform Expertise: Develop and manage integrations using industry-leading iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Cloud Connect, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
• Error Handling and Optimization: Develop advanced error-handling mechanisms, logging, and performance optimization strategies to maintain high reliability and efficiency of integration processes.
• Cloud Migration and Modernization: Provide strategic guidance for cloud migration initiatives and modernization of legacy integrations to align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Collaboration with Functional Teams: Work closely with functional teams, Workday consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure seamless transitions, and support integration testing and deployment phases.
• Performance Tuning: Conduct regular performance assessments and tuning of integration processes to optimize efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support during integration testing, deployment, and post-deployment phases to ensure successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing real-time and batch integrations between PeopleSoft, Workday, and third-party applications.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience developing and managing integrations using iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workday Cloud Connect.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience developing error-handling mechanisms, logging, and performance optimizations for integration processes.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience providing strategic guidance for cloud migration and modernization of legacy integrations.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience collaborating with functional teams and Workday consultants to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience conducting regular performance assessments and tuning of integration processes to ensure optimal efficiency and reliability.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support during integration testing and deployment phases.
• Certification:
• Oracle PeopleSoft Certification (required).
