Re: ASOBITICO + Asignación de becas

Estimada Ivannia,

 

               Espero se encuentre muy bien. A continuación hago referencia a los puntos de interés de este fin de semana.

 

1.      A continuación los tres finalistas para la beca ASOBITICO. Tal como usted lo mencionó, le agradeceré muchísimo los contacte tan pronto sea posible por teléfono y correo electrónico. La idea es entrevistarlos el sábado 27 de abril a partir de las 8:30 AM. Podemos dejar 40 min entre cada uno igual que lo hicimos con los otros candidatos.     

 

a.      Sebastián Ramírez Morera (Colegio Bilingüe de Palmares) – 8:30 AM

b.      Johnny Alonzo Araya Bustamante (Colegio Bilingüe de Palmares) – 9:10 AM

c.      Jesús Arley Álvarez (Colegio de Bagaces) – 9:50 AM

 

2.      Sobre la asignación de becas nos gustaría hacerla ese mismo sábado. Puedo ser inmediatamente después de las entrevistas. Si estas terminan alrededor de las 10:30 AM y tomamos una hora para discutir quién será el becado, podríamos reunirnos a asignar las otras becas alrededor de las 11:30 AM. Si se considera más oportuno, podemos tomar un receso de almuerzo y asignar becas después.

 

3.      Sobre la participación de Armando Alfaro en la reunión, me parece que su aporte a la posición del Colegio será muy oportuna. Sin embargo, recomiendo que eso sea discutido entre ustedes antes de la reunión con miembros del Comité de Selección. Según nuestro acuerdo de entendimiento (adjunto última versión), la asignación de becas se da entre dos miembros del Comité de selección y un representante del Colegio. Por lo tanto, me parece que Armando no puede estar en la reunión del sábado.

 

4.      A continuación la lista de 10 finalistas más 2 suplentes para discutir la asignación de becas el sábado.

Gente del mundo,

Adjunto la distribución de becas. Como siempre, se trató de maximizar las becas con las que se cuenta, las preferencias de los candidatos y su capacidad económica. En este esquema, no queda nadie por fuera. A continuación los acuerdos de lo que se debe hacer en los próximos días:

1. Circular lista entre comité

2. Miembros del Comité llaman a los candidatos entre sábado y domingo

3. Ivannia envía correo oficial el día lunes

4. Los seleccionados deben aceptar o rechazar la beca el día martes

5. Se postula a los candidatos el día miércoles 1 de mayo

6. Enviar correo general a todos los candidatos con la lista de seleccionados el 1 de mayo

7. Hacer pública beca de ASOBITICO

Para poner otra cosa en la agenda - como acordo hoy Juanpa, nunca le dimos seguimiento a lo de la reunion para hacer un feedback de este anio - primero como comite y despues con el colegio. Sugerencias? Fechas?
