API Update: 3.0.7.2 "Hedorah"

Announcing the release tag 3.0.7.2 "Hedorah": This release updates the
JavaScript Companion Library with mobile & deeplink enhancements &
switches the default API behavior from hash URL's (/#/) to hashbang'd
URL's (/#!/) for BrowserAddress & BrowserManager classes.

All users should update their SWC's to this release build if possible
and consider recompiling against it for past projects if issues arise
in FP11 or later.
