API Update: 3.0.6.1 "Gamera"

Announcing the release tag 3.0.6.1 "Gamera": This release addresses a
number of user requests, bug fixes, 10.1 compatibility issues & new
features.

All users should update their SWC's to this release build if possible
and consider recompiling against it for past projects if issues arise
in FP10.1 or later.
