Flashplayer 10.1 Related Issues

There are some new issues in certain Sekati API features I wanted to
call out and give people status on; the most profound being the
"Escape Key" fullscreen toggle: entering fullscreen via the Escape Key
(bundled in KeyManager) fails since player version 10.1 - details on
this player bug may be found at https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/FP-4738

I am looking in to committing a work-around to StageDisplay and
possibly a maintenance release to bring the framework up to speed with
some of the recent shifts in the player.

To this end please report any other 10.1 specific issues you are
finding (preferably in existing Sekati built projects).
