API Update: 3.0.6.0 "Gamera"

I'm please to announce the release tag for the 3.0.6.x branch
(codenamed "Gamera"): which includes primarily FP10.1 related bug
fixes and work-arounds and will function as the final 3.0.x (FP9
compatible) branch before 3.1.x (FP10.1 compatible) branch becomes the
primary development line.

All users should update their SWC's to this release build if possible
and consider recompiling against it for past projects where fullscreen
hotkey breakage in players >10.1 require fixing (as documented in
FP10.1 bug report: http://code.google.com/p/sekati/issues/detail?id=83).
