     If Ed and others truly  want to be free of the undocumented, all they have to do is to get law enforcement to jail the owners who hire these folks.  The business owners will never go for that because they want cheap workers who are afraid to complain.  

     Regarding the 1 per centers: City workers will be in that class when their salary exceeds  1 million dollars and not before.
