Until the stock firmware arrives, you can run your BlackBerry device with the leaked 10.3.1.1151 firmware to enjoy the new features and improvements. Following are the changes noted in this build, listed by a member of CrackBerry forum. The member has also shared the download links for the leaked OS.
i got a new fitbit charge 2 and had exactly the same problem . i tried all suggestions including restarting charge 2 etc but firmware update just did not work with my Samsung A6+ Android phone and the Fitbit Android app but the firmware update did not proceed beyond the first dot .
Brand new charge 2 won't update the firmware, no factory reset options, just remove it from my account and let it sit for days is no answer. My firmware version is 22.22.53.4 not sure what the latest version is supposed to be. I have a Blackberry running android, I am not going to buy a Iphone to get this piece of junk to update the firmware. I have been battling this for 3 weeks, sending it back, no more fitbits for me.
Thanks for the reply, this is actually my second charge 2 watch, the first worked fine with my blackberry, unfortunately the band kept popping off and i eventually lost it. This one sync's fine, just won't update the firmware, very frustrating.
Two years after this problem was supposedly solved - it's August 2019 with no further updates from fitbit. I'm at version 3.31, trying to update the tracker's firmware. It looks like it starts up, then fails. I've restarted the tracker, cycled bluetooth, tried again ad infinitum.
This device is pretty good overall. I switched from Blackberry Q10 and now use it as my main phone. It's not as polished, but we're getting there thanks for manufacturer firmware updates. I enjoy it and recommend to hardware keyboard fans.
There are two hardware/firmware revisions: EMEA (Europe, EEA/TTEU) and non-EMEA (TEE/TTNE).
The difference seems to be in TrustZone applets set, it's different for TEE and EEU versions (at least the signatures are different). Do not mix the versions!
Official Google Drive link to all Unihertz ROMs, flashing tool, driver, and flashing instruction, found on Unihertz forum.
The firmware files seem to be updates on a regular basis but may lag behind official over the air updates.
If you accidentally formatted/wiped NVRAM data from your device and now have dummy IMEI and no serial number, you can repair it with the tool. You don't need to do that after usual firmware reflashing procedure.

GSI stands for Generic System Image. It's a file-system image that you flash to your device's system partition. It's generic because it accesses hardware using the new standardized hardware APIs (so it should work on any treble-enabled device).
In other words, this is a generic custom firmware suitable for Titan.
phhusson provides treble_experimentations firmware based on AOSP Android 10, of different flavors: GAPPS version with common Google applications, GO with Android GO version of applications, FLOSS with open-source replacements of Google components, and VANILLA, the simplest and cleanest one.

As for the setup of the email on the blackberry it's self, there's not a lot this forum can help you with. Blackberry configurations are very varied. IT, Telco, and you all have options to enable and disable pretty much every feature on the phone. I know many IT departments that disable "email setup" so that users have to go though corporate to get their blackberries setup. I also know a few telco providers that disable it so that you have to go through their setup method (though I don't exactly know why).
