does segue have a .pdf reference manual for methods/parameters etc?

The PDFs get built as part of the package build process. Open the gzip file and look for them. If that's not what you're after, let me know.

I don't see pdf's... after unzipping I see inst, man, R directories (with no pdf's) and DESCRIPTION/NAMESPACE files.

Sorry about the slow response.

I checked the build script and realized that I don't run 'R CMD Rd2pdf' which would create the PDFs. I think I did early on but stopped because they are completely redundant with the Rd documents which are included in the package build. A quick run of 'R CMD Rd2pdf segue' built the attached PDFs. Enjoy!
