There are indeed numerous international patents, methods and devices
that should serve mind control. You can find them on the net. They are
about changing the behavior of people, talking silently in their
minds, influencing the emotions of people, tracking them, verifying
their identities, reading their brain waves, influencing sexual
behavior, etc. Many of them were invented in last or this century.
Officially, the "inventors" of these devices say that their
"invention" is used for the good of the people but it doesn't need a
rocket scientist to figure out that the condition of the planet rather
shows that these and other inventions are only used for negative
influences and results. The SEGNPMSS allows these patents to mislead
people to think that all these and other mindcontrol techniques are
not already used since many centuries by the SEGNPMSS and their
agents. The SEGNPMSS hates the USA and the Jews so much that they also
want that any rotten invention of them will be blamed on America and
the Jews.
When you read the many websites about mindcontrol on the net, you
rarely find anybody whose SEGNPMSS case officer didn't tell him or her
to blame the USA or the Jews.
The NSA should have reported the SEGNPMSS and its secret criminal
activities in the USA but the NSA was founded centuries after the
SEGNPMSS was founded, which means that if the NSA would have been
considered a problem for the SEGNPMSS and if they would be not run
secretly by the SEGNPMSS as any other agency or court on Earth, the
NSA would have been never founded. When you run anything and just
about anybody, you do not have to fear being detected. You can control
exactly what about your organization should be ever published. If NSA
employees would not be controlled by the SEGNPMSS, they would have
intercepted the ear conspirative drum- and sometimes phone
communication between SEGNPMSS officers and its agents, the same
pattern that they are using to control people, the same pattern of
numbers and codes to get their agents attentions and make them do what
the SEGNPMSS wants. While they are officially not allowed to spy on
U.S. citizen (great for the SEGNPMSS as their American agents are free
to execute the SEGNPMSS orders) but also in cases where the NSA (or
other secret services or alleged crime fighting agencies) put people
and organizations under surveillance, they never busted the SEGNPMSS
because its officers belong to the SEGNPMSS just as the people and
organizations that they should bust. No surprise then that the
SEGNPMSS comes away and away.
If the NSA should ever bust anything than just what the
SEGNPMSS agrees having busted. If the NSA never would have any success
in finding anything, Americans would ask to dismantle the agency. The
SEGNPMSS fears if that happens that some would ask for something
sharper than the NSA, which means, they have to do more covering up
even before their own agents. That is why the SEGNPMSS allows the NSA
but also other intelligence agencies as Air Force Intelligence, Army
Intelligence, CIA, Coast Guard Intelligence, Defense Intelligence
Agency, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security,
Department of State, Department of the Treasury, Drug Enforcement
Administration, FBI, Marine Corps Intelligence, National Geospatial-
Intelligence Agency
National Reconnaissance Office, and Navy Intelligence sometimes to
find a little bit of something that a few of their international
agents plan or do or did against the USA just to make sure that they
don't stand there empty handed and that people think that they do
their jobs, which they don't. (And the SEGNPMSS is conspiratively
never reported by all these agencies.) If any intelligence agency
anywhere on Earth would do their jobs, they would not just easily find
the SEGNPMSS and their rotten conspirative activities just about
anywhere on Earth but they would report it to the executive and
legislative of their countries. And when did they ever do that? They
are protecting the SEGNPMSS who is ready to sell out any of their
agents. Protecting the SEGNPMSS is a clear sign of lack of
intelligence, stupidity, irresponsibility, crime, fear, and
degradation. The biggest problems in the world would go away by going
after the SEGNPMSS and explaining to people why supporting them means
that their supporters will be losers in many regards at the end.

Dr. Kilde published on the net that NSA's electronic surveillance
system can simultaneously follow and handle millions of people and
that each of us has a unique bioelectrical resonance frequency in the
brain, just like we have unique fingerprints. With electro-magnetic
frequency (EMF) brain stimulation fully coded, pulsating
electromagnetic signals can be sent to the brain, causing the desired
voice and visual effects to be experienced by the target. She says
that it is a form of electronic warfare.

She is right but she doesn't write about the German SEGNPMSS and how
they run secretly any other government and agency on Earth and
determine who has to take the blame who will never be them always
others, preferably Americans and Jews.

Ms. Kilde wrote that he NSA's Signals Intelligence can remotely
monitor information from human brains by decoding the evoked
potentials (3.50HZ, 5 milliwatt) emitted by the brain. Prisoner
experimentees in both Gothenburg, Sweden and Vienna, Austria have been
found to have brain lesions.

My comment:
As I said, the NSA would have busted the SEGNPMSS if they would not be
controlled by it. However, I don't think that the brain lesions in
Sweden and Austria were caused by the NSA but rather by the
SEGNPMSS.
