Wikipedia (but be careful what to believe when reading Wikipedia)
reported in an article about Rauni-Leena Luukanen-Kilde's article in
36th-year edition of the Finnish-language journal SPEKULA (3rd
Quarter, 1999), a publication of Northern Finland medical students'
and doctors' club at the Oulu University (Oulun lääketieteellinen
kilta) about "Microchip Implants, Mind Control, and Cybernetics" and
"brain implants". The Wikipedia editors go on saying that according to
Kilde, "brain electrodes were inserted into the skulls of babies in
1946 without the knowledge of their parents," and electrical implants
were used in the 1950s, and, two decades later, the first brain
implants were surgically inserted in 1974 in Ohio.

Again, I don't know if she indeed wrote that but implants are so small
and can't detected with x-rays. The SEGNPMSS, German doctors and
psychiatrists before and during the Hitler time most certainly
implanted babies. According to my perceptions, implants, ear- and
other body implants are a product from the barbers and butchers of the
late middle ages, who became later in history the psychiatrists. I
agree with Dr. Luukanen-Kilde that these brain (and ear) implants were
implanted but that the first implants were implanted centuries earlier
than Ms. Kilde's observation.

Archeologists are controlled by the SEGNPMSS because if they would
not, they would have found and would have reported early body implants
on the remains they found. When the SEGNPMSS started, I assume, they
implanted not immediately tiny implants. and the early implants were
probably made from metal and not made from silicone or gallium
arsenide as today's implants.

The Nazis were known for the worst kind of experiences on human
beings. The Germans were always proud of their "technical know how",
and their psychiatrists were always obsessed to control and rule the
entire world, and they - of all people - would not have not implanted
others to control then? Give me a break! The Nazis were an insane and
brutal system that the SEGNPMSS doctors created, and during the Nazi
time, they showed their inhumane characters very clearly.

Surgery was never needed to implant little receiver and senders into
human or animal bodies, particularly the ears and the skull area.
Basically, a person just needs a simple needle to implants these tiny
implants under the skin. Already in the late middle ages, it might
have worked like this: stick the needle in the skin, place the implant
in the wound, let it heal, and run the agent like a remote controlled
rat.

It is a very old system and the secret service the "Bavarian
Illuminati" of the 18th Century were basically nothing than an old
SEGNPMSS front group and typically for Wikipedia, they try to blame
Jewish family de Rothschild and not the SEGNPMSS on SEGNPMSS
conspiracies.

Wikipedia editors scribbled: Technological advances have enabled
researchers to continuously improve upon the size and quality of the
implants, Kilde asserts, stating that the initial implants were one
centimeter in size, but later shrank to "the size of a grain of rice
and, whereas early implants were made of silicon, later ones were
manufactured from gallium arsenide. "Today," Kilde says, the implants
"are small enough to be inserted into the neck or back, and also
intravenously in different parts of the body during surgical
operations, with or without the consent of the subject," and, using
low-frequency radio waves and satellites, "it is now almost impossible
to detect or remove them".

My comment:
I don't think that even in the late Middle Ages the implants were
larger than few millimeters as they should not be detected for the
sake of the SEGNPMSS. Sending and receiving radio messages and plot
conspiracies is very easy, and this is what the SEGNPMSS does for
since centuries. However, Dr. Kilde is right when she says that
today's implant are so small that it is almost impossible to detect or
remove them and that they are rather made of silicone or gallium
arsenide (GaAs). They cost zero to nothing in material costs. There is
lots of silicone in the crust of the Earth. GaAs is an excellent
receiver for frequencies but toxic and can cause cancer but stupid
kids agree to anything and allow their handler to install them in
their bodies.

I agree with Dr. Kilde when she says that implants are injected in
children without knowledge or agreement of their parents. I think this
happens in international hospitals all over the world on a daily
basis. Babies are already controlled by the SEGNPMSS and if your baby
cries too much or behaves awfully, the SEGNPMSS plays "jokes" on you
by radioing sounds into the ears and minds of the babies and the kids.
However, with remote controlled germs, microwaves and silent sounds
via the implants, they make your kid also sick, depressed, overweight,
hyperactive, involve it even in accidents and kill it
even.
Furthermore, Wikipedia editors scribbled: Every newborn baby could be
implanted with implants that would enable government officials to
locate and track individuals at all times, anywhere, and Sweden has
authorized the implantation of prisoners with such devices, Kilde
claims. According to a May 1995 article in The Washington Post, the
U.K. government has implanted Prince William when he was 12 years old
so as to be able to pinpoint his location if he were ever to be
kidnapped by targeting his microchip "with a specific frequency".
My comment:
If it is true, it is very unwise. The likelihood of Prince William
being kidnapped by having body guards is a lot smaller than that his
health and life being targeted by the SEGNPMSS, other secret services
and their agents who work with such mind control methods. A body
implant is all they need to have access to the mind, subconscious
mind, and body of a person and control over it.
Wikipedia also published: Martin Anderson, a former top advisor to
U.S. President Reagan shares Kilde's concern with the possible abuses
of such technology. In the October 11, 1992, issue of The Washington
Times Anderson declared that an "identification system" manufactured
by the Hughes Aircraft Company uses a "syringe implantable
transponder" that allows "identification using radio waves" by
implanting "a tiny microchip the size of a grain of rice... under the
skin." This microchip, he declares, can be injected simultaneously
with a vaccination or alone and contains a 10 character alphanumeric
identification code that is never duplicated. The microchip can be
read by passing a scanner... over the chip. The scanner emits a 'beep'
as the identified individual's number flashes in the scanner's digital
display.
My comment:
There you see, but this system is not new. It is very old and the
implants are smaller than a needle head, and the Germans use this
horrible control system since the Late Middle Ages. Most people agree
to it when they are stupid kids and stay obedient servants of the
system until they die not knowing that their life could have been much
better without selling their soul to this conspiracy. But before they
agreed around the age of 6, they got the implants already in
hospitals. By vaccinating kids, the doctor or nurse can inject the
implants without that any parent or kid will be suspicious. The
implant might be already in the sealed vacation medicine or in the
originally packaged syringe that comes from the pharmaceutical plant.
The kids receive a number that nobody else has, and they are run
robotically with this number. I strongly assume that the number that
they received in this lifetime is the same that they had already in
their past lives. It is easier to run a person of she is already since
centuries used to do anything they order when hearing that number.
People are deeply programmed on this number. Consciously or
subconsciously, when they hear their number, they do all what the
person orders who has control over their implants. Just as the
obsessed German Nazi psychiatrists wants it.
Wikipedia mentioned Dr. Kilde's report about military implants:
In addition to locating individuals anywhere in the world at any time,
brain implants have military uses, Kilde says. For example, "The U.S.
National Security Agency's (NSA) 20 billion bits/second supercomputers
could now 'see and hear' what soldiers experience in the battlefield
with a remote monitoring system (RMS)". Furthermore, by electronically
manipulating the brain, enemy soldiers can be made to hallucinate,
hearing and seeing whatever remote operators want them to perceive.
This technology, she says, was used to monitor and record the thoughts
and emotions of U. S. astronauts.
Kilde's contentions are seconded by an otherwise unidentified "group
of scientists" who report that a program known as "the 'Phoenix
Project', which had to do with Vietnam veterans, employed a chip
called 'the Rambo Chip'," which "would actually cause extra adrenaline
flow".

My comment:
Again, not just brain implants also ear implants are used to spy on
soldiers and run them and manipulate them. Battles may be lost because
the soldiers listen to their case officers. The SEGNPMSS works hard on
making people forget their Nazi atrocities. They want the world to
think that the USA is the country with the inhumane people by ordering
cheap Americans to behave like Nazis as in Abu Ghraib. While Dr. Kilde
is right that such techniques and methods exists and are applied, she
makes the wrong conclusions and blames the USA instead of the German
secret services. Again, I say with no word that the American secret
services have clean hands but it is a German secret service who
controls and perverts the world. Many soldiers are "treated" by
psychiatrists and they prescribe drugs and electroshocks. The
psychiatrists don't tell them that the soldiers were made depressive
through silent sounds in their ear and brain implants and by an
electronically manipulated mind and brain. What the world has to
understand is this: The German secret service SEGNPMSS had and still
has control over any government and secret service in the world. They
are watching them since centuries. They would have been not just in
the position to stop the crime or abuse against humanity in ANY
country of the world, but they also planted these crimes and the abuse
in the minds of people of ANY other country and organized them. Am I
saying that other governments and people are innocent? No, I don't.
Who is so primitive and brutal to listen to the SEGNPMSS and who
executes these crimes against the humanity and abuses is not innocent.
They need to be busted too. Good people don't commit crimes. However,
my point here is that the SEGNPMSS is the instigator.

Wikipedia goes on:
Microchip mind control technology has other, equally nefarious uses,
Kilde contends: without their knowledge or consent, a person "can be
manipulated in many ways," such as: having emotional life changed,
being made "aggressive or lethargic", having "sexuality. . .
artificially influenced", having "thought signals and subconscious
thinking" monitored, having dreams "affected" or "induced".

My comment:
Except that she blames the USA and not the Germans, Dr. Kilde is
right. With subconscious commands via radio waves into the brain and
ear implant of people, they target people and make them depressed,
apathetic and crazy. They kill through making people so depressed to
commit suicide. They make people fat by radioing constantly the
command to eat in their subconscious mind. Psychiatrists and the
pharmaceutical industry are earning a lot by getting such people in
their clinics. They are also sending people nightmares. They make
people fearful and into cowards. And they influence indeed sexual
behavior of people. SEGNPMSS medical agents a doctors or nurses
implant microchips also in the sexual organs of people. Be reminded
that they are from silicone or gallium arsenide and they can't be felt
on the outside once implanted into the flesh nor can they be seen on
the outside. That gives the SEGNPMSS the opportunity to link you with
a person who they want you to be sexually active with. These implants
stimulate sexual feelings, and people who are primitive act on it and
have the sexual activities with a person, also a child, an object, an
animal, whatever the SEGNPMSS wants them to do. Most people have no
clue that any SEGNPMSS pervert can influence their sexual feelings.
Controlling the sexual behavior of people through secret implants in
the sexual organs and sexual images sent into their minds with silent
sounds was already invented and immediately used many years ago but
German psychiatrists even invent again what was already invented. It
came to my attention that last century, German psychiatrist Ploog from
the Max-Plank Institute in Munich implanted implants in the sexual
organs of apes and whenever he pushed the button, they had sex. It is
not Science Fiction and you should start to study your own reactions
very carefully to determine what is indeed you and what is the
SEGNPMSS.

I do not believe that brain implants are only in the frontal lubes of
the brain. I believe they are in the ears, under the skin, in the
muscles and the skull and in each part of the human body and that
people get them when they are babies (except to those to who they
agree when they are around age of 6). They are very small, they are
not made of metal and can't be detected with an x-ray machine.


Dr. Kilde wrote:
Using a RMS, a land-based computer operator can send electromagnetic
messages (encoded as signals)to the nervous system, affecting the
target's performance. With RMS, healthy persons can be induced to see
hallucinations and to hear voices in their heads. Every thought,
reaction, hearing and visual observation causes a certain neurological
potential, spikes, and patterns in the brain and its electromagnetic
fields, which can now be decoded into thoughts, pictures and voices.
Electromagnetic stimulation can therefore change a person's brainwaves
and affect muscular activity, causing painful muscular cramps
experienced as torture.
My comment: Each thought, emotion, reaction, hearing, visual
observation causes a certain brain pattern and electromagnetic fields,
which can be decoded into text, pictures and voices with the help of
supercomputers and even small computers in the neighborhoods. The
SEGNPMSS uses this technology since many centuries and Dr. Kilde
unfortunately doesn't write about this. Electromagnetic stimulation of
the area of a targeted person is used by the SEGNPMSS to cause not
only muscular cramps but many other problems as headaches, migraines,
additional pains during child birth, menstrual pains and just about
any disease under the sun, as cancer, heart diseases, strokes, you
name it. Remote controlled germs are used to cause most of the
diseases.


Wikipedia continues:
Such technology can also be used to "zombify" individuals, Kilde
states, so as to make them act against their own conscience and
values. She says that such manipulation has been used in the United
States to transform unsuspecting individuals into assassins who have
no knowledge or memory of having committed murder, and "the latest
supercomputers are powerful enough to monitor the whole world's
population," so no one is immune to microchip mind control operations.

My comment: Dr. Kilde is right that there are supercomputers who are
so powerful that they can monitor and control the entire world
population. But she blames wrongfully the USA and not the Germans, the
SEGNPMSS on having created this super control computer and of running
and controlling people with it. The SEGNPMSS works international. It
recruits children because their unripe minds are an advantage for
them. When the kids are grown up, they committed already to many
crimes and blowing the whistle on "big brother" would mean criminal
prosecution also for them.

Wikipedia continues to write about zombified assassins:
Reportedly, the chief Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) "mind control
researcher, Dr. Sidney Gottlieb," who headed the MKULTRA behavior-
control program, "told the Agency director that "research findings by
scientists demonstrated that humans could finally be programmed to
attack and kill on command".
My comment: Dr. Sidney Gottlieb is a psychiatrist. Psychiatry comes
from Germany and so does the SEGNPMSS that brings out the worst in
people all over the planet. The SEGNPMSS knows how to attack and kill
since many centuries and knew all long time before also evil Dr.
Gottlieb how to make zombies and how to make them into killers on
command.
Whenever there is a murder or terror attack and particularly, when the
assassin also kills himself or herself, you better suspect typical
SEGNPMSS organized crime. The SEGNPMSS mindcontrols the assassin or
the terrorist, and they are so hypnotized and implanted that they
don't even remember their crimes anymore. However, there are
nevertheless ways to find out if somebody was programmed and in order
to get rid of the evidence and any agent who possibly could turn
against them when faced with execution, they program the assassin or
the terrorist to kill himself or herself after committed the heinous
crime for the SEGNPMSS. It happens constantly all over the world. Just
have a better look at so called suicide terrorists, suicide bombers,
suicide pilots, suicide school and mall shooters, etc.

In another publication on the Internet, Ms. Kilde writes:
The mass media have not reported that an implanted person's privacy
vanishes for the rest of his or her life. S/he can be manipulated in
many ways. Using different frequencies, the secret controller of this
equipment can even change a person's emotional life. S/he can be made
aggressive or lethargic.

My comment: She is right but she doesn't report why the mass media has
not reported about mindcontrol in the many instances where it is very
recognizable as with those "suicides" after terror attacks. The mass
media doesn't report because the SEGNPMSS controls the socalled "free
press". (Free is a joke!)


She also wrote that there is little information about such invasive
mind-control systems in professional and academic journals. Once more,
she is right about that too but she doesn't tell why these
professional and academic journals hush it up or why judges don't look
into it and don't even allow evidence as to mind control in criminal
or terror cases. The SEGNPMSS has the thumb on these "scientists",
judges and academics and they carefully screen and approve what a
university might teach and what not. Missing everywhere is the
SEGNPMSS who runs and enslaves and even slaughters people since
centuries and then hides. The perfect crime organization? Not really
because I am writing about them and when I drop dead, you know why.



Wikipedia continues:
According to Kilde, the American Psychiatric Association (APA) is a
silent partner with government mind control researchers, using their
Diagnostic Statistical Manual IV, which is "printed in 18 languages"
to provide a basis for labeling victims of microchip mind control as
paranoid schizophrenics.

My comment: Psychiatry is a bad German invention. It is true that
American psychiatrists would label a person who complains about
mindcontrol as mentally ill. It is a standing order by the SEGNPMSS to
defame anybody's state of mind as mental illness who dares to speak
out what they are doing. If you look at the questionnaires and tests
that psychiatrists hand to their "patient" to fill out, you will
notice that they ask if the "patient" hears voices. With ear implants
and other head implants and radio waves, it is easy to make a person
hear voices. It works like calling somebody in his or her cell phone.
But it shows that psychiatrists who have ear implants themselves and
are devoted servants to the superior SEGNPMSS psychiatrists would
libel a person immediately as schizophrenic who would say that he or
she hears voices. And this despite that the psychiatrists hear the
voices too through their own ear implants. Psychiatry needs to be
abolished. Dr. Kilde is right that psychiatry covers up mindcontrol
but she fails to state that German psychiatry is behind any psychiatry
on Earth including the American psychiatry and that they do not just
cover up mind control but do the mind control themselves. She says
that physicians have not been schooled that patients may be telling
the truth when they report being targeted against their will or being
used as guinea pigs for electronic, chemical and bacteriological forms
of psychological warfare. That is true, however, she does not say that
these doctors participate in the conspiracy by obeying to a SEGNPMSS
case officer who runs them.
Even if doctors would be trained on discovering the existence of
mindcontrol, it would not eradicate this because when the SEGNPMSS
orders the doctor to libel the mindcontrol as mental illness, the
doctor will do it. His case officer is his god. The only god he
knows.
Here is how it works: the SEGNPMSS hard core are German psychiatrists
and medical doctors (in earlier centuries barbers and butchers). Their
favorite country is Germany. Their favorite continent is Europe. Their
least favorite country is the USA and Israel. Their preferred
professions are psychiatrists, medical doctors, pharmacists, chemists
and anybody else in the medical/chemical field. Their preferred branch
is the pharmaceutical and chemical branch. The SEGNPMSS
helps them to make a lot of money in order to keep the SEGNPMSS world
alive.
One branch of the SEGNPMSS calls into the minds of people with silent
sounds, hypnotizes and implants them and depresses them. The second
part of the conspiracy, the psychiatrists and medical doctors
prescribe dangerous drugs and electroshocks and become rich through
masking the medical and psychiatric terrorism and mindcontrol and
wrongfully labeling them as illnesses. The third part of the
conspiracy is the pharmaceutical industry and companies that
manufacture such devices as ECT. They make billions by concealing what
really ails the world (mindcontrol, silent sounds, remote controlled
germs) and producing instruments that destroys people (ECT) or
medicine that has so serious side effects that a person gets more
diseases. And these need again addressed with more medicine, and the
pharmaceutical companies are getting more Billions from the diseases
that people get by swallowing these drugs.
You might think that the medical and drug research does as best as
they can. If you do, you are very much mistaken. These "researchers"
all over the world have SEGNPMSS case officers and they produce drugs
that are deliberately causing serious side effects. Besides from
living in environments in which nobody becomes sick, they could
produce drugs that don't have serious side effects or none at all.
They could do a lot better but this is not what the SEGNPMSS has in
mind. After all, when you are healed and have no illnesses anymore to
cure, the beloved medical, psychiatric, pharmaceutical and medical
engineering branch would not get the billions that they want. They are
working like the Mafia and the latter is also a SEGNPMSS invention and
organization.
Ms. Kilde fails to address these details, and again, her criticism is
not of those who cause all the troubles, the Germans, the SEGNPMSS but
she seems mainly interested to blame the USA on mindcontrol.
Dr. Kilde says that the implanted microchips are 5-micromillimeter
(the diameter of a strand of hair is 50 micromillimeters). In other
words, that would be 50 times the thickness of a hair. I am convinced
that the regularly used SEGNPMSS implant is a lot smaller.

If indeed implants in the size of one centimeter showed up in people's
brains 30 years ago, it doesn't mean that these people did not have
already the much smaller SEGNPMSS implants in their bodies. If you
think that psychiatrists are medical doctors are bright, think again.
They are the former barbers and butchers. Just as German psychiatrist
Ploog who invented implants for the sexual organs of primates despite
the SEGNPMSS implanted them secretly into babies centuries earlier.
But that didn't stop Ploog of reinventing rotten stuff that was
already in full use. Same goes for brain and ear implants.
Psychiatrists and medical doctors re-invent what is centuries old and
within the conspiracy, they run their own little SEGNPMSS and implant
people with larger implants. SEGNPMSS allows it as people should think
that implants 30 years ago were that big and that they did not enslave
people and this planet already since many centuries. If somebody
should be blamed on implanting, then just one of their agent but the
SEGNPMSS should remain further the most kept secret movement in the
universe.
