The crap about the tinfoil hat.

Somebody who writes or says something that the average population does
not approve of is often defamed as a person who wears a tin foil hat.

Here is the deal: It is a proven fact that secret services work with
microwaves. There are even patents registered for certain devices that
send microwaves into minds of people to alter them. If you wear a
tinfoil hat, these waves can be received even better in your mind.

You can make your wireless computer modem to a better receiver if you
attach a simple antenna as the parabolic reflector made of tinfoil.
When somebody tells somebody to put on a tin foil hat, it means that
the person should object itself to more microwaves not less.

In other words, it is idiotic to put on a tin foil hat.
