ATTENTION: Fishers Freedom Festival Parade...

If you haven't done so, I'd like for the group members to RSVP by end
of business today.

So far I have at most 6 people (including me, and two are uncertain).

That number of Segways really doesn't warrant using up a spot on the
parade float list. In addition, there are a couple of folks who are
coming in from out of town really to participate in the parade, and I
want it to be worthwhile as it has in the past. We have had at dozen
at best.

If 6 is the most who have committed by the end of the day, I'm going
to write the parade committee and pull out.

There's no monetary commitment, so it's not a big deal to pull out at
this juncture, but I'd rather make a decision and stick with it.

So far, Will (2 at most), Wen (2 at most), Auri (1), Sal (1), are
definites.
