Dear Mr. Roy,
You have to analyse pile & pile cap separately in staad.
For pile,
1) First calculate what force will act on single pile & then model pile in staad with appropriate spring supports.
For Pile Cap,
1) For modeling pile cap you can use beam element or plate element.
2) For using Beam element, convert column load into udl which will act along width of column. Consider single spring support for each pile acting at center of width of pile OR no. of springs acting along pile width with appropriate stiffness. Stiffness of spring should work out from load settlement curve of pile.
3) For using plate element, use point load & moments for small dimension column. For large dimension column use appropriate area load for correct load dispersion. Represent piles using spring.
Make hand calculations also to validate the result. I suggest beam element for pile cap. If you wish I will help (as per my convenience) for interpreting result. Send Staad file & data on my email id
