I like to read the English translation with the Original Hebrew Name for God in the Original Hebrew script. For me this does not need translating. I recognize the Name in Hebrew. It makes it so much more personal.--Is there any way to do this? I have used a Word doc to play around with the idea which is attached. I have replaced the word God/Lord with the Original Hebrew Name and it feels better when I read the text.Thank youI just found your site yesterday and it is amazing. Love it.Stewart Thallon

Chaim -This list comprises a wide group of people, who come to our shared interests with different assumptions and commitments. We ask that everyone address each other with due respect. As for the topic at hand - I hear your concern for printing. As for what appears on a computer screen, my understanding is that the vast majority of poskim do not have concern for the presentation and erasing of names. I find the desire to relate to the original Hebrew commendable. Feel free to email me off list if your continue to be concerned.Lev--Lev IsraelCHIEF DATA OFFICER

I think it is a terrible idea. I think this would be profaning Hashem's name. we don't utter the name of Hashem except in prayer or when we read a complete Posek in the Torah. we live by tradition and Halachah. It is hard for me to imagine that you would violate these principles to make someone feel better.--On Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 4:55:40 AM UTC-4, GoKoole Swings wrote:I like to read the English translation with the Original Hebrew Name for God in the Original Hebrew script.
