(1) The daughters of Zelophehad, of Manassite family—son of Hepher son of Gilead son of Machir son of Manasseh son of Joseph—came forward. The names of the daughters were Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah. (2)

The translators of the italian catholic bible  use the name "Noa" (female) instead of "Noè/Noah" (male). I wonder if this could also be acceptable in English, in order to clarifiy the gender. Thank you.

As far as the spelling goes, there's no standard way to distinguish between the two. Many translations indeed use "Noah" for both.
In speech though, the two are stressed differently, at least in Biblical Hebrew (male: NOah vs. female: NoAH).
