SEF's Rainbow Program: The old adage of "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure" rings true, especially with Children's eye care. Via SEF's "Rainbow" program, we teach the School teachers to spot eye problems in children and also use our mobile unit to screen children, distribute eye glasses etc., Photos at:
