Kumbha Mela - Sankara Booth

Hi volunteers,

Sai has contacted organizing committee of Kumbha Mela and we can keep Sankara booth at the Mela event. Anyone is free on Saturday.... Please let us know.  As some of the volunteers were busy for the past two weeks with cricket event, we need help from others who can keep a booth at the mela event. It is a nice opportunity for us to market Sonu nigam and Sangham event (March 2, at Tustin). 

Kumbha Mela is on Feb 22, coming Saturday at Norwalk.  Please confirm by Wednesday so that we can confirm the organizing committee.

I am a member of the organizing committee hosting The Kumbha Mela USA - 2014 this 22nd Feb at Norwalk, CA.

You were reached by one of our close devotee member, Mr Venkateshwar, to purchase a Booth at this Mela. You were kind and generous to agree to buy a Booth. We thank you for your cooperation to serve our community effort.

There are 20 hindu temples and 10 hindu organizations participating in this sacred religious function.

I request you to complete the transaction asap so that we can cross any obstacles, if any, that may come in our way. Also time is short. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused to you for expediting your response.

You have to make a check payable to ' Nithyananda Vedic Temple' in the amount is $ 200.00. And You have to complete the attached paperwork required to meet with the Norwalk City regulations. We will submit these documents to the City on your behalf and we will maintain strict confidentiality. 

As you are not selling anything in the Booth, you are not required to pay $ 37.25 to the City to conduct such business.
