EC's latest mantra, everyone has share in 6 acres, not just Phase 2 members

All This is the latest from the EC. They are saying that everyone has a share in six acres of land of phase 2 and not just phase 2 members. Do you want to let this EC continue now. See Anupam's email on Rashmi builders proposal. It will give all the money back to withdrawal members. Till now EC has not responded to that proposal, they have other vested interests. But they did say that all members now own Phase 2 land of 6 acres and not just Phase 2 members. Do phase 2 members own a pie of Phase 1 too ? Raghava

Hi Raghava,

If EC claims that even phase 1 members have their share on 6 acres of Phase2 owned  Land , then Phase 2 members also have their share on Phase 1 land for which each and every phase 1 member need to pay claculated rent as their flats were built over the land in which phase 2 members also have their share .

Thanks Raghava for pushing this issue forward. I whole-heatedly support the argument below. The phase 2 members deserve a fair deal and it has been long time now. 

I would also request all members to vote ASAP as described in an earlier note sent by Raghava. 

Collectively, we can march forward to get a favorable result.

I don't think we should make an assumption that all remaining land is owned by Phase-2. Cost of land is paid for by initial set of members based on the number of flats. I am not sure how many of those members are in phase-1 vs phase-2. Based on that we can calculate how much is owned by either of the phases and then agree on the common area to be shared. Current EC has proved that they deliver results and reach a quorum with majority. The land split issue is even simpler. This should not be the reason to vote in favor of elections immediately. Even if you do its not goin to fly with new EC as well since members control this and not the EC.
