This rhetoric is getting to the point of being very ridiculous. As far
as I know, the entire society owns the entire society land. Phase 1 and
2 came in to the picture in 2011 when some members wanted to proceed
with construction (aka phase 1), where as the rest wanted to defer (aka
phase 2). So please stop this baseless arguments that only drives more
wedges between the two phases.

Hi Raghava,
If EC claims that even phase 1 members have their share on 6 acres of
Phase2 owned Land , then Phase 2 members also have their share on Phase 1
land for which each and every phase 1 member need to pay claculated rent as
their flats were built over the land in which phase 2 members also have
their share .
