I am happy to inform you that I have been promoted to the rank of Associate Professor of Linguistics! I am thankful to God that he has brought me to this place 4 years after my PhD! 2012 has been a wonderful year for me! A friend of mine reminds me that 'every good gift comes from above'. He is right...I look the text up and it sounds sweeter in the NIV: "Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows." It's a good day!
