I pray this finds you in excellent health and spirits.

I'm writing to you to inform you of a really shameful situation taking place close to home. A  dedicated scholar of Islam is struggling a great deal financially due to several emergencies affecting him at once. SubhanAllah, it is really a shame for us that we have not yet been able to scrap together enough money to help this person, whose standing with Allah we can only imagine. We are only in need of $5,000.
