MEPC planning committee
The theme for this summer is ‘Growing Peace’.
Who are we and where do we come from? We will explore what identity means to each of us in terms of community, culture, ethnicity, and religion. As we learn about the roots of peace we will continue cultivating our own MEPC seeds of peace. We will also hear more about plant life at the Botanical Gardens and create our own mini gardens to share.
MEPC’s regular games, drumming, puppetry, Arabic and Hebrew language, nature walks, arts and crafts, singing and dancing will also be part of the fun this summer and we will spend time learning about each other through our cultural traditions.
The registration form is attached; please mail it with your check or credit card information to Middle East Peace Camp, 12351 8th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98125
In addition please email a copy to in...@middleeastpeacecamp.org. Be sure to remove any credit card information from the emailed version, as it is not secure.
We look forward to seeing you all again, please help spread the word to bring new campers to our growing community.
