The organizers of the "Dreams for Tibet" event have heard from a lot of people who say they are coming but  a significant number of these folks have not bought tickets.  I know a lot of you are planning to pay when you go but they need to know how many to prepare food for and it would really be helpful to them if you could send payment immediately.  Please go to the website and buy your ticket today!

Serving up Tasty Tibetan Food (Momo's a go go!!), gorgeous music from the natural world, and one of a kind treasures from our Silent Auction.

 

Listen, we all know, the Tibetans do not have a country and the cavalry ain't coming to save them.

So the Tibet Fund is there to support them financially after they risk their lives escaping suppression of their culture and spirit, 

lack of access to education and job opportunities, and arrest and torture in China by making the treacherous trip 

over the Himalayans mountains with the clothes on their back. 

 

As my 11 year old daughter said when she heard about this, she said, "Mom, how embarassing, what can we do about this??
