Seeburg SQS160 Problem

Hello, I recently had an issue with my sQS160 where it would not register a selection when you entered numbers on the keypad. Nothing showed up at all. Device did not activate to select records.  A local jukebox repair person came by and took a look and ultimately swapped out the black box with one he had.  That corrected the problem and it worked as it should.... temporarily.   Now it plays fine until it sits unplayed for awhile (no more than 9 hours or so)  For example, yesterday I played it periodically throughout the day and it was fine. Got up this morning, make a  selection, it scans twice and stops.  Made another selection,, same thing.  Will not pick up any selections input.  This has happened several times now. This seems to get it running again at least temporarily.  If I unplug power, pull the two RCA connectors out of the gray box, reinsert them, turn it on again and make a selection, I'm back in business. But from my experience so far, that will only be temporary.  Right now it is playing multiple selections, but when it stops and sits awhile it will likely go back into the scan twice - pick up nothing mode.  I know the scan twice problem is a common problem. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of where the problem is originating and how to deal with it?
