Meeting next week

I have had a brief chat with Dr Fullekrug and he would like to know a
bit more about the project before agreeing to be the lead applicant.

He is free for a meeting on Monday or Wednesday afternoons next week,
either of those is ok with me, let me know when you are free and I
will try and arrange a more specific time.

nice to know that our team is gearing up with new enthusiasm.
i can join in the chat if its on monday evening (preferably after 15
00 GMT on 13th october as i have classes and labs, with monthly exams
starting from wednesday)
let me know whether it is ok? or if he is busy, ask him which time
slot would be convenient for him and let me know.

Good stuff;

 

I am currently working on a single page document that will describe exactly what we intend to create that can be presented to Dr Fullekrug so that he can answer any questions that the STFC might throw his way. Hopefully this combined with a face to face meeting will put his mind at ease enough to agree to be principle applicant.

I agree with Talini that a time after 1305 would be best for me, we will also see him first thing in the morning as we have a 9:15 lecture with him.

 

Kalai: it might be difficult to bring you in on the meeting, unless we could set up something with skype video but then the timing might be too early; however I would definately like to have a live chat with you afterwards (sometime after 1500 GMT) so we can give you a full update.
