E-group membership, start times & locations

Hi Runners,

Our e-group has had a big pick up in interest from what looks like spambots. In order to protect the members of this group from getting spammed I am rejecting all request to join the group from people who have never joined us for a run or who have not been referred by an existing member.

Also, in case you missed it on FaceBook, start times have been rolled back to 8 am and all VOC runs will now start from Doc's BBQ & Whiskey.
