Hello Sedona Road Runners,
I hope you’re doing well. My name is Keelan, and I’m the Volunteer Coordinator for the Run Sedona Marathon. I’m reaching out to see if members of the Sedona Road Runners might be interested in volunteering with us during race weekend.
As a local running community, your group understands better than anyone what it takes to make a race run smoothly! We’d love to have Sedona Road Runners involved in supporting fellow runners and helping bring this event to life.
We’re looking for volunteer support in areas such as:
Start and finish line support (including medal distribution)
Food tents
Gear drop stations
Aid station breakdown and clean-up
Parking attendants (early morning race-day support)
There are varying time slots available, and volunteers will be assigned as they sign up. Preferred roles and time slots do fill quickly.
If members are interested, they can sign up by emailing runsed...@gmail.com and letting us know their preferred volunteer role(s). I’m also happy to coordinate group placements if that’s helpful.
