Comments and docs

Hello,

I looked through Sedona Framework website, but couldn't find much info about comments and doc generating.

In source code I found 2 comment types, starting with // and ** do I suspect correctly that ** marks comment used in generating docs? Is there some page I missed that explains this subject?
