Open source python dependency being bumped to 2.7

To all the Sedona developers out there: in the next release of the open source, we are planning to bump the Python dependency for the various python scripts from 2.5 to 2.7. The website has already been updated to reflect this.  Let us know if there any major objections, but I don't expect this should significantly impact anybody.
