Dynamic Slots?

I'm still learning the limitations of the Sedona framework and completely understand the fact that it is very lightweight.

With that said, is it possible to dynamically create slots on a Component (or any class) during runtime? I noticed the "ADDED" / "REMOVED" methods for sys:Component and was wondering if that was anything related.
