sedonac broken on windows 10?

Has anybody successfully updated to windows 10 and compiled with sedonac?  Seems java can't be resolved anymore and not sure where the problem exists.  seondac from a command line doesn't work and neither does through workbench.

ERROR: [launcher] Cannot load library: C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_241\bin\server\jvm.dll

And yes, that file exists just fine.
