Next Meeting: 9AM, 2nd March-2013 (Saturday)
1. Ashutosh has briefed all about visit to Chaitnya Chemicals-Malkapur
2. Ashutosh has presented Protein Juice Bar Plan as follows:
- Total Investment would be around 3.4 Lacs and profit per month would be 40K for one Outlet
- RIO can be achieved in 6-8 months of timeframe
- Two Locations for Juice Bar has been discussed: Pimple saudagar(Near Shivar Garden) & Hinjewadi(SEDII Office)
- Comperative study will be carry out for both the locations and to be presented next week
- Business Plan will be revised with actual costing and with inputs from team and will be presented in next meeting
- Based on the same Business approval will be taken from the Board Members
3. Sandip and Chetan to work on Protein Powder Plan and update group in coming meetings
4. All members are requested to read emails to get updated about progress
5. Opening Bank Account Formalities to be completed as earliest (Bank of Baroda and HDFC Bank)
6. Sunil will work on having SEDII website launched and find out web hosting alternatives and plans

Meeting Points discussed (17th Feb-2013)
1. Resolution passed for opening Bank Account. It will be opened in
either State Bank of India of Bank of Baroda
2. Capital Amount has been collected from all except Satbir. He will
submit his cheque to Mr.Sinkar today evening
3. Discussed to appoint Mr.Vijay Sinkar as CEO of SEDII. Proposed
salary discussed as 9000 Rs. Monthly
4. Offer letter to be prepared for the same and one director needs sign it
5. Soft Copy of Letterhead to be prepared: Ashutosh to send it
6. Leaflets preparation
- Food BU: Chetan
- Agro & Prodcuts: Mr.Pandit
- Education: Satbir
- Trainings: Ashutosh
- Import & Distribution
- Marketing : Navin
- Supply Chain Management: Sandip
Owners need to prepare Leaflets contents and website contents and
sent it to all before meeting on 24th Feb (Sunday)
7. Website contents will be required to host our website as earliest
8. Business Plan of Protein Juice Bar (Ashutosh) and Dried Fruits
(Mr.Pandit) will be discussed in next meeting on 24th Feb.
9. Business Plan of Education (Mr.Satbir) to be discussed on 2nd March
10. Malkapur Soybean Processing Plant Visit to be schedule in coming week
11. Protein Juice Bar project:
- Business Plan presented to EDI needs not be published outside: to
request EDI: Mr.Sinkar
- Patent and Trademark: Mr. Vijay Sinkar (Sandip to provide contact details)
12. Share Certificate, Cash Vouchers, Leaflets Printing: Expenses Approved
13. AlfaLaval Sales Person to visit SEDII tomorrow at 7:30 PM Chetan's Home
14. Website Design: Sunil
15. Website Contents: Chetan
