From my side 7k is too high as well but will go with majority.

The other thing to consider is that we will also have to lookout for location for VATS so that will be aditional cost for SEDII.

I can pay Rs 20000 immediately. 

Regarding the offer from Mr. Pandit Rs 7000 seems to be a bit more. I think 5500 to 6500 is decent enough. But If agreed by rest i have no problem. Also is the security deposit of Rs 15000 mandatory? It would add unnecessary cost in the beginning.

Regarding the welding consumables i spoke with Mr Suhas Joshi (KSB Pimpri Purchase Dept), right now he has no idea about the same, but he said he can meet us in the first week of April. Same with Kishore Pumps.

Abhijeet spoke with Mr. Banerjee of Pinnacle, we are yet to receive the enquiry. Frequent follow up is goin on.

This weekend i will show you the action plan for welding consumables.

I reproducing the offer for ready reference. In the meeting, we, Myself, Satbir, Chetan and Ashutosh had discussion on above subject with Mr. Pandit. We had agreed to this proposal subject to approval from all. You may give your suggestions if any. Mr. Pandit wanted to offer front portion with conditions which were not agreed by us. We can use this part as office and may be for,Trading activity of welding consumable as a godown, repacking of protein or as Training Center or may be as coaching class room. Dear All,

 

From past two weeks we are looking for a location which can be multi-purpose such as for the office, VATS & protein re-packing etc.

 As per our budget of 5K-6K for a 220 sq.ft area, we are able to find a commercial location in Pimple Saudagar of an area of 370 sq.ft for a rent of 6K and a deposit of 25K for a period of 5 years and year-on-year increment of 10% on the rent.

Above location will be utilized for our office as well as VATS centre and , other activities.

Tomorrow 20^th March 2013, we would give a token amount of 5K to the owner & within two days we will ink the agreement with the rent starting from 1^st April 2013.

 

Also the location is surveyed by Satbir, Vijay Sinkar, Ashutosh, Chetan, Neeraj.

 

Looking forward for your opinion.
