Agree with Neeraj. Just to add, during our discussion with Mr. Pandit in last meeting we started with an amount of 5k per month but 7k was the last offer from panditji.
From my side 7k is too high as well but will go with majority.
The other thing to consider is that we will also have to lookout for location for VATS so that will be aditional cost for SEDII.

Dear All,
From past two weeks we are looking for a location which can be multi-purpose such as for the office, VATS & protein re-packing etc.
As per our budget of 5K-6K for a 220 sq.ft area, we are able to find a commercial location in Pimple Saudagar of an area of 370 sq.ft for a rent of 6K and a deposit of 25K for a period of 5 years and year-on-year increment of 10% on the rent.
Above location will be utilized for our office as well as VATS centre and , other activities.
Tomorrow 20th March 2013, we would give a token amount of 5K to the owner & within two days we will ink the agreement with the rent starting from 1st April 2013.
Also the location is surveyed by Satbir, Vijay Sinkar, Ashutosh, Chetan, Neeraj.
