SED-ML Level 1 Version 5

Happy New Year, everyone!  This is an open call for comments on our draft specification for SED-ML Level 1 Version 5, which is currently available on Github:

I believe most people should have seen this by now, perhaps at COMBINE or HARMONY, but this should be the final version, and everyone is welcome and encouraged to give any feedback they might have.

There are not a lot of changes, all told; the main thing is that the 'Algorithm' object has been added to several classes, to allow additional clarification/parameter definitions for existing SED-ML constructs, as well as the ability to define those classes entirely with KiSAO:

* AbstractTask

* Change

* Range

* Output

AbstractTask is an abstract class, but its child Task only has optional children, so should be sufficient for KiSAO-only definitions.  The same is true for Change/ComputeChange and Range/FunctionalRange.  The Output class has been promoted to not be abstract any more, so it can be used by itself.
