Editor election 2026-2028: election results

Hi all,

What an exciting election! With 15 unique votes Lucian Smith has been elected as a SED-ML editor for the term 2026-2028. Brett and Jarrah each received 7 votes. Safe in the knowledge that there was a well supported and willing candidate, Brett decided to withdraw from the run-off election. This means that Jarrah Dowrick has also been elected as a SED-ML editor. Congratulations to both Jarrah and Lucian!

I would also like to acknowledge and thank Brett for his ongoing willingness to help in this crucial community activity and I know that he will continue to remain deeply involved in the evolution of SED-ML.

Effective immediately, the SED-ML Editorial Board is now: Weiwei Ai (until end of 2026), Matthias König (until 2026), Herbert Sauro (until 2027), Lucian Smith (until 2028), and Jarrah Dowrick (until 2028).
