guys proxy problem.

Ok, so there is a problem, im trying to get some "haxi0rs" which steal money, they are from ukraine. with my friend, i make some trap and send them picture by php script, there was a little file, which get information about them:

HOST: (71.230.48.128) | Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.17) Gecko/20080829 Firefox/2.0.0.17 WebMoney Advisor

But this IP is Proxy, is there anyone who can help or get logs from this server ? they are there as job.tavk...@gmail.com 

I need they real IP, or anyinfo, which can be helpful to get them. I think they are not real hackers, but just some kind of L4M3S which by making phishing atak take bank accounts, as anyone know it is not pro... So any suggestion or help?
