Disconnected HITPC governance process

Dear Direct Project Security Wonks,

        I have been somewhat frustrated by the continuing disconnect between what we need in terms of security and privacy policy guidance and what we have been getting.

I firmly believe that members of this group should be more deeply involved in the overall governance discussion and so I have made the following comment to HITPC.
