Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment
Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.
creative in searching the profiles and get the best resource for any given requirement.
Conducting the preliminary telephonic interview to check the suitability of the candidate with the requirement.
Very strong in managing the database and work experience in Fulltime and contract positions.
Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info
Sourcing candidates from various recruiting sources, Headhunting, Employee Referral's, Web portal, Internal Database and Web Posting.
