Required:
5+ years of hands-on experience and track record of successful projects with Silverlight.
Experience with programming/scripting language/tools required (as appropriate: JavaScript; HTML; XML; C#; ASP.NET; Extraction Transformation & Loading (ETL) and Business Intelligence Tools; MS SharePoint, Content Management Server, Biztalk), Nunit.
Strong knowledge of relational database design and development using MS SQL Server or other comparable RDBMS.
Experience in object oriented programming and agile development.
Be able to adhere to the project plan and project schedule.
Effective communicator.
Team player who can work in a highly cooperative organization.
