snorby login request failed to complete successfully

Hi,
i have a 64-bit virtual machine in which i have installed a 32-bit ubuntu iso.
And followed these procedure for the installation of security onion.

i have completed my setup. Once i try to login into snory its showing

''login request failed to complete successfully''.

please help me to solve this problem im new to security onion.

Hi Saravanan,

If you have a 64-bit virtual machine, why are you using a 32-bit ISO?
Have you considered using our 64-bit ISO? It already has all the
packages installed and will have you up and running in about 10
minutes.

Even I have tried to install security onion through iso ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/security-onion/ ) in a 64-bit ubuntu virtual machine.

i followed this procedure

i have completed the setup and once i login to snorby dashboard Events and severity levels are not generating.

please help me.
