James,

Did you run through both phases of setup?

sudo sosetup

Thanks,
Wes

The only set up I did was sudo sosetup which was successful. Each time I install SO in testing I never get results for this status.

James,

Please provide the output of sostat-redacted, attaching as a plain text file, or using a service like Pastebin.com.

Thanks,
Wes

James,

I would try running sosetup again for this machine.

Thanks,
Wes

Thank you. Idk why I've encountered this issue on different desktops with fresh installs, but looking at the sostat info, sosetup.log, disabling the firewall, and rerunning install I got it to return. I see it works/how so i should be able to proceed with nsm service.
