[16] Email alerts Help please. I have it partly working. ANY ASSISTANCE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Hello I have email working on my security onion box, I get my hourly zeek emails and sostat email every day. I need getting the sguild emails alerts to work. In the logs I just get "Failed to send Notification Email". I can provide logs files, config files. I just need help please.

Have you checked the mail for root@localhost to see if it is at least sent locally?  Is your SMTP server expected a valid FROM address?

How are the other services set up?  To send directly to an email address, or are they forwarded through the root@localhost -> specified email alias via Postfix?
