I ran sudo soup, and have noticed on login the following:

262 packages can be updated.
170 updates are security updates.

Should I use sudo apt-get install update, or will that break things in Security Onion? Thanks.

Chris,

Did soup complete the update process?

Have you tried running it again?

The recommended way to update is to use soup.

Thanks,
Wes
