onUnauthorized for locking a user to a certain page

I'm looking for a way to force users to only be served a certain page like if they have to accept terms of service... Currently a user could click away or edit the url.

With authorization is it possible to customize a Redirect if the isAuthorized fails?

Or is there another way to do what I need?

I've just done all the controllers affected for now, could make a custom SecuredAction or something like deadbolts onAuthFailure.
