Problems connecting to securesocial repository for 3.0-M4

Hello,

We use secure social for various authentication needs in our product. We have an play activator frontend framework which has the following dependancy listed in build.sbt

      "ws.securesocial" %% "securesocial" % "3.0-M4"


However we are presently getting several connection timeouts as listed below when doing a clean compile

Would appreciate if you can guide as to how to access the repository for 3.0-M4 securesocial version
