Seeking Summer Internship Leads

Hello everybody,

My name is Christopher Teggatz, and I was one of the past Sector67 interns a few years back. I’m now a Sophomore at the University of Wisconsin – Madison pursuing Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and I'm reaching out to see if anyone in the community knows of internship opportunities in or around Madison for summer 2027.

I am looking for internships adjacent to EE and CS, so software development roles, QA, and robotics. I am a capable programmer with experience in Java, C#, and Python. I have experience in QA/Testing using Eggplant Functional and Python. Additionally, I have experience using ROS2, Gazebo, and the Unity Game through my University Rover Challenge competition team on campus. I also have experience programming microcontrollers such as Arduinos and ESP32s.

If you're interested in agricultural robotics I could refer you to one of my graduate students. We work on phenotyping cranberries, among other things. This could be a project during the semester and/or a summer internship.
