   So, I'm trying to get the -i option of this here command working, but I'm trying to start an app in the desktop of any currently logged in user (think- what the shutdown dialog does but with IE in kiosk mode) from the scheduler (running as SYSTEM.)

Figured it out m'self. For some reason, in this particular instance, you've got to call IE from PsExec -i from PsExec -s.

Ah Windows.
